Temple Square is a 10-acre complex in central Salt Lake City owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The square includes the Salt Lake Temple, the Salt Lake Tabernacle, Salt Lake Assembly Hall, the Seagull Monument, and two visitor's centers.
It was made a National Historic Landmark District in 1964.
It is a beautifully maintained and landscaped site often crowded with visitors and LDS members from around the world.
