The College of Architecture was located in a modern rectangular building surrounding a courtyard where we built a patio for special events.
One of the senior labs, Z Lab, was located in an old wooden army reject building down behind the old library known as the "Jungle."
Now, there is a new main building for the college and the old "Jungle," Z Lab, is long gone.
Poly Canyon was always a great location for experimental architecture projects, most of the major ones had been completed before my class.

There used to be elevated platforms here where bands played and bar-b-cue was served on regular occasions.
