travel central america honduras roatan mahogany bay

Mahogany Bay is the man-made cruise ship terminal and beach built by Carnaval/Princess to service their passengers who don't wish to tour the island.
It features many shops and restaurant/bars and a white sand beach with all the
amenities Americans and Europeans have learned to expect.
Passengers debark into a manicured Tourist Village of shops and bars and can choose to join a tour or go, free of charge, to the man-made beach area.
If one didn't know better, one might say they visited Honduras and actually never saw anything but this small man-made island, a perfect tropical Disneyland.
