travel the caribbean aruba oranjestad shopping

Shopping is one of the much touted attractions on Aruba.
Shopping ranges from portable carts, to small open "native" art and souvenir shops, to high end international label stores.
There seem to be a large number of cruiser who look forward to this sort of thing.
Personally, it's not our bag... still, its sometimes interresting to window shop and watch the people who seem to enjoy it.

This local produce market was located near the docks in 1992, Oranjestad, Aruba.
Judging by the local climate and seeming lack of irrigation, this produce was probably imported.
