Miraflores is an upscale neighborhood of Lima filled with high-rise condos and parkways along the cliff overlooking the Costa Verde of the Pacific Ocean beyond.
This is a popular place for locals and tourists alike to visit on a sunny day for it's parks and views of the ocean.
Miraflores translates "look at flowers" and there were many beautiful examples in the area some of which I have shown below.
