The Costa Verde, or Green Coast, is a highway located on the west coast of Callao and Lima, and unites the districts of La Punta, La Perla, San Miguel, Magdalena del Mar, San Isidro, Miraflores, Barranco and Chorrillos.
It exists on land reclaimed from the ocean and features beaches, parks, pathways, sports venues, restaurants, breakwaters, and a large pier.
A lot of this area reminds me of the beach and cliffs along Santa Monica, California, in the USA.
Much of the area looks to still be under development.
