Las Bovedas, in the northeast corner of Old Town Cartagena, is located below a section of the fortified wall
known as Baluarte Santa Catalina in an "underground" arcade once used for dungeons and ammunition magazines.
Las Bovedas is touted as an center for local arts and crafts... read "tourist souvenirs."
There are many nice handmade items as well as typical tourist junk.
