travel united states massachusetts blandford old burying ground cemetery

Blandford is a town in Hamnpden County with a 2020 population of 1,215.
"Blandford's Scots-Irish settlers were Presbyterian and their English was still somewhat influenced by Gaelic.
Thus there were significant ethnbic, religious, economic, and linguistic differences between... adjacent regions of settlement." (Wikipedia)

In 1980, on our cross-country road trip of the United States, we stopped in Blandford to visit cemeteries and research my genealogy.
We visited both the Hill Cemetery (also known as the Centre Cemetery) and the Blandford Cemetery (Old Burying Ground) nearer the center of town.
I was able to find grave stones for several ancestors including the Cannon/Carnahan, Gibbs, Cochran and Butler families.
