The Sommerfest, a quick service counter in the German Pavilion, serves some very good bratwurst and apple struddle.
The potato salad is great too.

The Bratwurst looked great and the skin popped when you bit in, just the way I like it.
However, I found the seasoning of the bratwurst itself rather bland.
