Ketchikan's Creek Street hangs above the creek and 18' tides.
Visitors meander along the boardwalks through a combination of shops featuring some very nice Alaskan native artwork...
as well as outlets for junk souvenirs made in China.
When the salmon are running, this creek is brimming with activity.
They weren't running when we were there, but we did see a harbor seal go up stream and return with a fish in his mouth.
