Parma is and northern Italian city in the region of Emilia-Romagna known for Parma cheese, prosciutto, architecture and music.
We have been through Parma on two separate trips, years apart... in 2017, we actually stopped for lunch and little sight seeing.
In our short experience, Parma was a clean, somewhat plain, city with little charm.
