Married: 18 January 1885, Georgiana Wood, daughter of Andrew Wood and Mary J. Wood.
Children: Mermon C., Helene, Gladys Elizabeth, David Holmes.

This Ascension Club Building at 1704 Dupont Ave in Minneapolis was built in 1921 on the former location of the Ascension Catholic Church which was a community hulb since 1890.
The substantial athletic club building, known as the Ascension clulb, was built in 1921 to serve the parish and school community.
It included facilities such as a gymnasium, a bowling alley, and a pool, and was a hub for communituy activities like sports and dance lessions.
