In 2006, the I had the opportunity to work with Waldport High School students and business entrepreneurship teacher, Jan Weeks,
to help develop business plans for a student-run enterprise that would sell health oriented smoothies at school and other community functions.
Last I heard, the project was sill working successfully after two years.
